Caerleon sits at the center of the map in the black zone and is the single most liquid market in Albion. Unlike the five Royal cities it does not specialize in one refining or crafting line; instead it aggregates supply from every biome, which makes it the default destination for cross-city and cross-faction arbitrage. Caerleon is also the only location of the Black Market — an NPC that posts buy orders for finished gear and feeds that gear into mob-loot tables across the world.
